USCIS has announced the final rule on filing fee increases, set to take effect on April 1, 2024. For companies with over 25 employees, the H-1B filing fee will increase to $780 from $460 and the L-1 fee will increase to $1,385 from $460. The registration fee for this year’s H-1B Lottery will remain $10, but will increase to $215 next year.
