In light of the unprecedented environment regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), we are addressing the potential impact this situation may have on immigration matters. As you may already be aware, the number of cases in the Chicago area and elsewhere is expected to increase in the coming weeks.  Rest assured that maintaining excellent service to our clients while also safeguarding the health of our employees is our number one priority.

As yet, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) has made no announcement regarding any suspension of scheduled interviews or other COVID-19 related measures, such as the acceptance of electronic signatures to facilitate filings.  Nor has the U.S. Department of State announced that visa interviews will be suspended at U.S. Embassies or consulates abroad.  However, this situation is evolving rapidly, so we strongly recommend you verify the latest updates at www.uscis.gov (USCIS) or www.travel.state.gov (State Department) prior to attending any interview.

We are also taking steps in our offices to prevent the spread of the virus by working remotely until further notice. However, we remain available for you as always via phone, email and Skype.  Please be assured that all of our core and critical functions remain intact.  We are committed to monitoring this environment and keeping you up to date with current information. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions that you may have.
