Starting February 26, 2024, the fees for USCIS Premium Processing service will rise to $2,805 (from $2,500) for many categories. This optional service offers a 15-day response time for several petition types. Any Premium Processing request postmarked on or after the effective date that contains the incorrect filing fee will be rejected and returned. In addition, USCIS has announced that the adjudication time for Premium Processing will increase from 15 calendar days to 15 business days as of February 26, 2024.
